Next-Gen Energy
MODERN ENERGENIX, a division of Modern India Limited, is in the business of New Age and Next-Gen Energy solutions.
We are committed to a sustainable future by harnessing the power of all forms of Renewable Energy. Our initiatives are not just about generating electricity; they are a testament to our dedication to environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and sound corporate governance.
Our Commitment to Green Initiatives & Carbon Neutrality
MODERN ENERGENIX is proud to be a contributor to India’s National Solar Power Mission, a landmark government initiative aimed at making the nation a global leader in solar energy. Our flagship project, a 3 MW Grid Connected Solar Power Plant in Satara, Maharashtra, is a tangible example of this commitment. Commissioned in April 2015, this state-of-the-art facility operates at 100% capacity, supplying clean, renewable power to the grid under the Open Access Policy of the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC).
By generating electricity from a clean, renewable source, we are actively reducing the country’s carbon footprint and mitigating the effects of climate change. This project has been instrumental in our carbon-neutral initiatives, demonstrating that business growth and environmental responsibility can go hand-in-hand.
ESG at Our Core
At MODERN ENERGENIX, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles are not just a framework; they are the foundation of our business.
