Mr. A R Birla is a Commerce graduate and CA (Inter) has worked with various Business Houses. He has 43 years of experience and expertise in Treasury operations, Investments, availing finance for Banks and financial institutions for WC and term borrowings, general business administration and commercial law.

Mr. Parind Badshah has over 25 years of experience in the Secretarial and Legal function with major emphasis on Corporate Laws. He has worked with various corporate viz Merck Limited, Excel Cropcare Limited, SBI Life Insurance, Aditya Birla Group, Nitco, Rhone Poulenc, etc.

Rani Mahey is the Group Vice President – Human Resources at Modern India Ltd., a position she has held since May 2022. With more than 22 years of extensive experience, she specialises in developing and executing HR strategies, drafting organisational policies, driving talent management and acquisition, strengthening employee engagement, fostering inclusive work cultures, and leading overall HR development initiatives.
Recognised for her high emotional intelligence, empathetic leadership, and strong conflict-resolution abilities, Rani excels in steering change-management efforts and cultivating a values-driven organisational culture.
With over two decades of experience in the real-estate industry, she brings deep domain knowledge and strong business acumen. She firmly believes in the power of relationships and collaborative leadership.
Rani holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, a Master’s Degree in Commerce, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
