Mrs. Gauri Jatia has been involved with various committees of the Ladies Wing of the Indian Merchant Chambers and the Inner Wheel Club of Bombay. Mrs. Jatia has over 25 years’ experience in business and is a valuable advisor and member of the Modern India Limited Board of Directors.

Mr. Bubna has more than four decades of experience in textiles and allied industries. He is associated with various other reputed textile firms and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Modern India Limited Board.

Mr. Rajas R. Doshi is an industrialist and has been the Chairman & Managing Director of The Indian Hume Pipe Co. Ltd. since 1994 and has been actively involved in the growth of the Company. 

Mr. Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla

Director

Mr. Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla, is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Bombay High Court and a Partner in the law firm of Maneksha & Sethna. He has been practicing law for over 25 years. He is enrolled as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and on the Board of various Public Trusts. 

Mr. Satyan Shivkumar Israni

Mr. Satyan Shivkumar Israni is an Advocate and Partner of S. D. Israni Law Chambers, Advocates & Solicitors (UK). He is qualified in the field of Law, Company Secretaryship and Management. He has over 22 years’ experience as a practitioner in the field of Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, and Business Advisory services. 

Mr. Anuj Didwania

Director

Anuj has varied experience across Banking, Equity markets and Freight Forwarding. He has set up teams for Derivatives Trading during his tenure at HSBC Investment Bank (in India). He holds a MBA from Manchester Business School (UK) and a bachelor's degree in commerce from Sydenham college. 

Mr. Sidhant Jatia

Director

Mr. Sidhant Jatia graduated with a degree in BBA International Business and joined the business in 2006 to set up the trading office in Guangzhou, China. His responsibilities include overseeing the functioning of the renewable energy and international trading businesses. He was appointed as Executive Director of Modern India Limited in 2021. 

Mr. Mudit Jatia

Mr. Mudit Jatia completed his BA in Economics and Entrepreneurship from the University of Connecticut. He was appointed as Executive Director of Modern India Limited in 2021. He also oversees the real estate division and also the BGV (Background Verification) operations.
